Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
⚠️ Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping
- Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (this includes returns).
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- Return shipping costs are only covered by claksandals if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
In all other cases (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
Return Policy Duration
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Processing
Once we receive your returned package:
- It will be inspected and processed within 6–12 business days
- You will receive store credit equal to the item price at purchase (excluding shipping fees)
Store credit will be sent to the email used during checkout.
⚠️ Notes:
- Store credit is valid for 1 year
- Returns received after 30 days or denied returns may be donated to charity
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification
- We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 24 hours
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product and request a refund or return, please provide:
- Order invoice
- Photos of the damaged item

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The product has been used, disassembled, or the packaging is damaged, affecting resale
- Delivery failed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
How Do I Return My Order?
- Please include your order number inside the return package
- Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or store credit
Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
